A fascinating rally exploring how the rider’s body influences the horse’s movement, balance and way of going.
Members will learn how their position, alignment, balance and use of aids can help, or hinder, their horse. Through practical exercises, riders will explore how small changes in posture and movement can make a big difference, helping them become more effective, balanced and independent riders.
